She has always been fascinated by other cultures, their colors, their smells, their clothes and most of all their adornments. She made various travels around the world and places such as Bali, North India, Venice, Morocco and Peru left on this woman a print that will later transform in the achievement of a dream.
Virginia studied Business between Spain and England. Lately she moves to the cosmopolitan city of Amsterdam to complete a Master in International Relations. She then starts a career in the diplomacy world, but she continues with her travels and dreaming her dream. It is in 2007 when Virginia creates Verdeagua Alhajas as the realization of that old dream: to have her own firm where she can develop her creativity and passion for adornments, as a consequence of her travels. Virginia lives with her family in the countryside in Segovia, in a small village surrounded by mountains, oaks and fields. It is there where along with her books, textiles and personal objects designs the pieces of her collection. |
