CHANGES AND RETURNS
In case that when you recieve your order you are not satisfied, you have 15 days for a return or change starting the day that you receive the order.
CHANGES
You can only change an article for the same one in a different color. If you wish another item, we recommend you return the item and get a different one.
RETURNS FROM THE DELIVERY ADDRESS
In case of a return, the expenses of delivery will not be reimbursed. Also, the expenses of picking up the item will not be under the cost of Verdeagua Alhajas (with the exception of a damaged piece).
The reimbursement will be done to the credit card of the buyer.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RETURNS
The return of the piece will be done new and not being used in 15 DAYS upon the recieval of the piece.
Please use the same envoltory as the piece was sent in, in case of damage of an item that is being returned and was not properly packed, we may not accept it.
DAMAGED PIECES
A piece will be considered damaged if it was sent not good in conditions, but we will not accept a piece that was damaged due to improper use.
If you wish to return a damaged piece please remember that will only be exchanged for one available on the online shop.

TAXES FOR CITIZENS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
The prices of the items on our online shop do have the VAT included. We do not serve orders to postal code addresses.
Citizens of Non European Union will be excluded from the VAT.
For this kind of sell/delivery and due to their special fiscal regime, it will be considered non geographical of the EU Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla.
If the delivery address is Canarias, Ceuta or Melilla the VAT will be deducted in the invoice. We remind you that on the delivery expenses we do not include specific import taxes that will have to be payed in cash upon the recievement of the order.
The sale will be registered under the current Spanish legislation System, and therefore the sales will be understood in the address of Verdeagua Alhajas, C/ Solana 33, 40180 Basardilla – Segovia, Spain.
